We collect only the information needed to manage your treatment or reply to your message. Booking contact details are automatically erased from our booking database 48 hours after the appointment ends, or 48 hours after a cancellation. Message threads are deleted 30 days after their last activity. We never request medical histories through this website.
If you separately opt in to a one-off rebooking follow-up and have no future booking, your contact details may be emailed to the salon owner when the record is deleted; they will remain in the recipient's mailbox until that email is removed, intended within 30 days. Otherwise, owner alerts contain no identifying details. To ask for early deletion or withdraw consent, contact the salon. This is an initial website notice and must be completed with the operator's legal identity and contact address before public launch.
